  1. What is Impart Wealth?

    Impart Wealth was created to foster a supportive and diverse community that works together to help each other make better financial decisions. We aim to be a place where everyone can be supportive of everyone’s milestones no matter how big or small.

     

  2. How do I sign up for Impart Wealth’s app?

    To sign up for our app, please take our survey located at - impartwealth.com/join

     

  3. I can’t login to the app, what do I do?

    Check your error message, it could be that either your email or your password are incorrect. Your email is used to login to the app, not your username.

     

  4. I forgot my password, how do I change it?

    Select the "Forgot your password?" link in the Sign In screen of the app. Enter the email you registered with and click on the "Reset my password" button. An email will be sent to your account, please follow the instructions to complete the process.

     

  5. Can I submit a question for admins to post?

    You can submit questions to ask@impartwealth.com

     

  6. What can I do to get others to notice my post?

    Be sure to write a title that gets to the main point of your post. Make sure that you write a title instead of posting a link in the title. An example is featured below:

    Title 1: I am looking for help! I have several accounts through work to help me save for retirement but don't know if I am doing enough.

    This title is very long and will likely have most of the words get cut off.

    Title 2: Unsure if I am saving enough for retirement.

    This title gets straight to the point of the post. It tells readers the topic, that you may need some tips, and that more details will be included in the rest of the post. 

    Another tip is to tag your post. This will allow other users to see the topic. When they search through tags they can also find your post. Avoid using the "Other" tag  as it is too general. 

     

  7. Can I post links to my business or an event I run?

    We highly encourage members to ask questions, and share tips and real life situations on making better decisions. While links are allowed in comments, self-promotions will be monitored. If the link is directly related to what is being asked it should not be a problem, however, users found to be consistently promoting their business an affiliated company can face permanent removal.
     

  8. How come my images don’t show up on the main Hive view?

    Images and videos will only show up on the main Hive view when posted by admins. We do not support this feature for non-admin users.

     

  9. How can I see new posts?

    Hold and scroll down on the main Hive feed to refresh the posts.

     

  10. Can I search for a specific topic?

    You can look through all tags used in the Hive so long as it has been used before. 

     

  11. Can I look at all of my past posts?

    This feature is currently not supported.

     

  12. Can I view or track my past comments?

    This feature is currently not supported.


     

  13. Are there moderators in the Hive?

    Yes, admins post and review other posts and comments.

     

  14. Can I become a moderator?

    We are not currently accepting applications for moderator roles.

     

  15. Is there a way to report a user?

    Yes, please contact support@impartwealth.com to voice any concerns regarding posts or comments made by another user.

     

  16. I can’t like a post or a comment- what do I do?

    Try refreshing the Hive - this is explained in question 9. If that does not work, try closing the app and starting it again. If you are still having issues, please submit your concern to support@impartwealth.com

     

  17. I am not receiving notifications, what do I do?

    Try closing and re-opening the app. If you are still having issues, please submit your concern to support@impartwealth.com

     

  18. How can I change my screenname?

    Once you select a screenname it cannot be changed. Please select a proper username that does not identify you.

     

  19. How can I update my profile to reflect financial changes?

    At this time, we do not support the ability to update your Profile data.
